The Early Learning Consultancy Team can plan and support in the implementation of small and large scale projects, e.g. targeted support for communication and early language.
A recent project designed and tailored for a local authority, which would also be appropriate for a cluster of settings/schools includes:
- six training sessions, over three terms
- a focus each term on one aspect of language and communication, with an introductory training session, gap task and follow up session sharing achievements
- minimum termly setting support visit to evaluate impact of training and offer tailored advice
- six optional network meetings
- setting visits to share best practice.
