The revised Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework was published in March 2012, and will be the legal requirement for early years settings from September 2012.

- Development Matters in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Written by our consultants Helen Moylett and Nancy Stewart, this document produced by Early Education in partnership with the Department of Education supports practitioners to meet the needs of children from birth to five.
- A-Know-How-Guide. This guide to the new requirement for a developmental progress check on two-year-olds was produced by Department for Education and National Children’s Bureau, and contains example materials developed by Early Learning Consultancy.
